Late in 2015, Ian Williams unveiled his game ACTION MOVIE WORLD: FIRST BLOOD, an RPG centered on the love of cheesy old 80s action flicks. "Hey," I thought to myself, "I like cheesy old 80s action flicks," so I bought it. The rewards were plentiful and immediate. My group loved it, I loved it, I decided to make a blog about it. Because I loved it so much.

That's pretty much it. Like the game and the movies upon which it is based, it's not complicated. Ian and I aren't drinking buddies or anything. I don't get kickbacks. I just really love this game.

I plan to put play reports up here as they come, so if you expect multiple updates per week, your soul is in for a crushing. I may also put up some essays concerning my love for various trash action movies of bygone eras, but I promise nothing! Nothing! I'm doing this blog sheerly for the fun of it, so it will be updated when I feel like.
